Feedback from traders who have attended our workshops, clinics, and coaching sessions on technical trade preparation.

Before the workshop I was risking different amounts on every trade depending on how confident I felt. James walked us through calculating position size from a fixed 1% account risk and it finally clicked. I still have losing weeks, but the losses are proportional now.

R:R Workshop, February 2026

Sarah reviewed twelve of my journal entries and pointed out that I was moving my stop to breakeven too early on four of them. That single observation changed how I manage open positions. The session felt a bit rushed near the end.

One-to-One Coaching, December 2025

I trade FTSE 100 CFDs and attended the clinic with three charts I had been watching. Two of them failed the 1:2 minimum R:R test once we mapped the stops properly. Saved me from two bad entries that week.

Technical Analysis Clinic, November 2025

The trade plan template is now pinned above my desk. Entry, stop, target, size — all filled in before I open the platform. My partner noticed I am less stressed in the evenings since I started doing this.

R:R Workshop, October 2025

Good content on support and resistance for stop placement. I would have preferred more examples from commodity markets since that is what I trade, but the principles transferred well enough.

Technical Analysis Clinic, September 2025

Four coaching sessions over two months. We worked through my habit of adding to losing positions. Having someone hold me accountable to my own written plan made a real difference.

Daniel Reeves — FX swing trader, Bristol

Daniel attended the R:R Workshop in January 2026 after eighteen months of inconsistent results trading EUR/USD and GBP/JPY on a four-hour timeframe. His journal showed a pattern: strong chart reading skills, but entries taken before stop and target levels were defined.

During the workshop, Daniel mapped three of his recent setups using the provided template. Two failed the minimum 1:2 R:R threshold once stops were placed below structural support rather than at arbitrary pip distances. The third passed and became his first fully planned trade the following week.

He booked two follow-up coaching sessions to refine his journal format and review a month of planned trades. After eight weeks, Daniel reported that 70% of his entries now had written plans completed before order placement, up from roughly 15% before the workshop.
